Everyone thinks differently ..

Its been a long time since i have concentrated on tournaments.. i use to be really good in them and profitable.. today i was very concentrated in my play.. but unforunately when it came down to the final 3, my lack of patience and the unfamiliarity of my opponents reckless play in the final 3 busted me out.. player 1 "aggressively loose" switched gears and went all in with blinds 2000-4000 for 50-60k preflop consitently ..on one occasion he went all in 50k with 23o vs KQo.. and hit is 2xx flop.. prepelling him to chip lead.. it was the worst play i have even seen in a while.. but yet i was licking my chops that i would bust this guy if we went heads up.. especially with player 2 being tight and just wanting to move up in the ladder.. the final 3 looked easy .. unforunately that wasn't the case..

i figured i would be able to wait player 1 out but his ability to switch gears threw me off.. until i made the mistake of using his table image to infer his card and play on this particular hand that busted me...

lesson of the day.. everyone plays and thinks differently.. if we didn't think differently then we would all be robots or all the same.. the key to a great poker player is the ability to understand how his opponent thinks and use it to his advantage.. its not easy but if u can master it with time
